We teamed up with Stephanie (or better known on Instagram as @ChefanieNass) as the latest host of our Hosted By series! She shared her top tips for a crowd-pleasing charcuterie board, including what should go on it, and how to style it.

What you need:

  • Pre-made pie crust
  • Grated Mozzarella
  • Raspberry Jam
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme

What to know while assembling:

  • Take the pie crust out, and lay it out over a parchment lined baking sheet
  • Create an indentation in center with a drinking glass or cookie cutter
  • Cut the pie crust into 8 triangles
  • Around the outer circumference, spread jam and sprinkle shredded mozzarella
  • Pull the tips of the triangles from the center of the crust over the filling towards the outer edge and pinch the pastry together with your fingers
  • Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until golden brown
  • Sprinkle with fresh herbs! Optional: add a bow

What you need:

  • At least three cheeses, below are the pictured cheeses
    • Brie cheese
    • Block of cheddar cheese
    • Log of goat cheese
  • Red or green grapes
  • Salami
  • Prosciutto
  • Crackers (your favorite!)
  • Honey
  • Roasted almonds
  • Chocolate (dark and/or milk)

What to know while assembling:

  • Offer at least 3 cheeses. Beyond that, anything goes.
  • Have options for every dietary restriction. Gluten-free, dairy free, vegan, etc.
  • Minimize mess by chopping, slicing, and removing pits in advance
  • Offer variety in color
  • Fill all empty space
