Lunar New Year Raffle Official Rules

The Official Rules of Gorillas Technologies US Inc. (“Gorillas” or “Sponsor” or “Administrator”) Lunar New Year raffle (the “Raffle”) are set forth herein. By entering the Raffle, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by the rules set forth below (“Officials Rules”), waive any rights to claim ambiguity in the Raffle or these Official Rules and further agree to be bound by Gorillas’ decisions and interpretation of these Official Rules.

Purchase a donation bundle of ($5, $10, or $15) (the “Donation Bundle”) when making a purchase through the Gorillas app and Entrant will automatically be entered into the Raffle. Entrants may be entered into the Raffle more than once so long as a Donation Bundle is purchased when making a purchase during the Raffle period. The Raffle will take place between 27 of January, 2022 at 9 AM ET and continue to 15 of February, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET.

Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C.,18 years of age and older as of the 27th of January, 2022, except for employees of Gorillas, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

All Entrants will be entered into a raffle on their qualifying purchase when purchasing a Donation Bundle. At the end of the contest, Sponsor or Administrator will review all qualifying submissions. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing throughout the Raffle period, consisting of all qualifying submissions at the time of the drawing. Sponsor will choose twenty-five (25) winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

The potential winners will be notified by phone and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 14 calendar days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. Winners will be responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and use, including income taxes. By entering this Raffle, Entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters. By entering this Raffle, Entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use the winner's name, and likeness, marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or postage due entries; lost, late, or misdirected prize notices; or any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Administrator cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Administrator, at the Administrator’s sole discretion. All federal and state laws apply.

All entrants will receive a $5 promotional code to use on the Gorillas application. The promotional code can be used only once per entrant regardless of the number of entries. Winning entrants will receive a $100 credit to use on the Gorillas application. Total prize value per winner is estimated to be $105 USD. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If any potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only five (5) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof.
