Amsterdam, July 26, 2022 - On Tuesday, Team Jumbo-Visma joined Gorillas to celebrate the victory of the Tour de France. Man of the hour, Jonas Vingegaard, attended the celebration at the Weesper warehouse in Amsterdam, where he was surrounded by 50 Gorillas employees. Following a Q&A and signing session, the winner of the Tour also prepared an order at the warehouse. In addition, a special window was installed, dedicated to Team Jumbo-Visma, showcasing an authentic cycling jersey of the Tour de France as well as a group photo of the team.
Gorillas has entered a multi-year sponsorship of the cycling team of Jumbo-Visma. Earlier this month, the two parties launched their partnership with an online commercial highlighting speed, called Freakin' Fast. Gorillas also hosted a pop-up store during the Tour de France on the Alpe d'Huez, offering Team Jumbo-Visma merchandise, snacks and groceries to fans.
